As a SEND family you cannot always easily access the same activities and child care options as other families. You may also need resbite care for your child and support to allow you and your family to cope with the day to day life of living with a child with SEND. Please find below local options and opportunities for your family.
The purpose of the Local Offer is to enable parents and young people to see more clearly what services are available in their area and how to access them. The offer will include provision from birth to 25, across education, health and social care and leisure.
SENDIAGGS - Tower Hamlets & City
The SENDIASS Team offers free and impartial advice to parents and young people with SEND who are residents within Tower Hamlets or City of London. Some of the ways we can support you are:

This Constitution sets out the rules by which the City Parent Carer Forum will be governed, which are legally binding by all its members.
